Yvonne is a licensed attorney with over 15 years of experience with 10 of those years being spent in transactional work, which means she has 10 years of experience counseling clients regarding businesses and the documents and contracts for those businesses.

Yvonne graduated from the University of Delaware with a Bachelor of Arts in Journalism and criminal justice.  She has a juris doctor degree from the University of Illinois-Chicago School of Law.

Yvonne loves working with business owners and is passionate about providing the help needed for new or already established businesses to succeed, whether the business owners are sophisticated and experienced or first-time business owners.

Yvonne is a member of the American Bar Association, New Jersey Bar Association, and Pennsylvania Bar Association.
